Each of our Fresh Green Papaya normally weigh approximately 600g to 800g.

All of our Green Papayas are grown on our farms in Thailand and freshly picked for you.

Green Papaya is the key ingredient in Som Tum or Thai Papaya Salad and is a staple product in Thailand.

Green papaya flesh has a firm texture and a mild flavour. When shredded and put into a pestle & mortar with chilli, tomato, lime juice, fish sauce & palm sugar it takes on an entirely new & amazing dimension.

Green papaya is commonly used to make deliciously refreshing Som Tum salads in Thailand and Vietnam.
